LongChamp launched the first luxury brand e-commerce mini program

On April 20, 2017, LongChamp, a French luxury brand, officially announced its strategic cooperation with WeChat and launched two mini programs: "LongChamp Paris Ongoing" and "LongChamp Personalized Workshop"



Based on the cooperation with WeChat, LongChamp became the first luxury brand to launch mini program. WeChat is also the only online channel for LongChamp to operate independently in China.



LongChamp breaks the barrier between "user and service" through its mini programs. It uses mini programs to build online sales platforms and provide customized experience services (online channels are mainly for sales of customized models and offline channels are for sales of standard models), thus forming "differentiated" sales channels with offline stores and allowing more people to enjoy customized services at lower thresholds.
